Bacteriology_Staff

Supports the expanding cyberinfrastructure and computational biology research endeavors at UW-Madison. Helps scientists through personalized guidance, training, and implementation of bioinformatics work – from project planning to data generation and data analysis. Supports a wide range of microbiology and genomics research, from model organisms to complex microbial communities, and work with scientists to address diverse research-questions that involve multiple data types.
